Pricing Questions
Is there a deposit? What happens if I need to cancel?
We kindly request a credit card on file to reserve your booking; however, no deposit or charges are applied until your move is completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate your request and offer the time slot to another customer. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 fee.
When do I pay for my move?
Payment is due at the completion of your move. Once the job is finished, our team will stop the clock, provide the final total, and collect payment. We accept both cash and major credit cards.
How much should I tip my movers?
Gratuity is not required but is always appreciated for exceptional service. As a general guideline, tips typically range between 10% and 15% of the total moving cost.
What is a travel fee and why is it charged?
A one-time travel fee is applied based on the total mileage of your move. This flat fee helps cover transportation-related costs, including fuel, vehicle use, and compensation for our crew during travel time between locations.
Do the movers take breaks?
For longer moves, our crew may take a brief break, typically around 15 minutes, for meals. To ensure fairness, the clock is paused during these breaks.

Do you offer packing services and supplies?
Yes, we provide comprehensive packing services for residential, commercial, and office relocations.
What type of trucks do you use?
We operate 24- and 26-foot box trucks equipped with professional moving tools and protective materials, including moving pads, dollies, straps, and toolkits. All trucks feature heavy-duty ramps, and select vehicles are equipped with lift gates for added convenience.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking availability varies by season. We are busiest on weekends, during the summer months, and at the beginning and end of each month. We recommend scheduling your move at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, even if adjustments may be needed later.
Do you offer out-of-state moves?
At this time, we only provide moving services within the state and do not handle interstate relocations.
Do you offer loading and unloading services for rental trucks or PODs?
Yes, we can assist with loading and unloading rental trucks, containers, and PODs.
Can I ride in the moving truck?
For safety and liability reasons, customers are not permitted to ride in our moving trucks. We recommend arranging separate transportation, such as a personal vehicle or rideshare service.
How do you protect my belongings?
We take great care to protect your items throughout the moving process. Furniture is carefully padded and wrapped before being moved, ensuring a protective barrier between your belongings and surrounding surfaces.
Additionally, we safeguard your home by placing protective coverings in high-traffic areas and at key points where items are loaded and unloaded.
Damage Claims
How do I file a damage claim?
While we take every precaution to ensure your belongings arrive safely, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. If damage is identified during the move, our team will bring it to your attention and begin the claims process immediately, including discussing possible resolutions.
If you notice damage after the move, please contact us promptly with photos of the item (multiple angles are helpful) and relevant details such as the item description, value, and model information. This allows us to assess the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
